The Bluffton Symphonic Band
is a place where musicians, can come together because of a common interest-Instrumental Music.
Our Mission
The mission of the Bluffton Symphonic Band is to contribute positively to the musical environment of the Lowcountry while providing an opportunity for education, growth, and individual musical expression among its members. The Bluffton Symnphonic Band intends to provide an opportunity for musicians of all ages to play together for enjoyment and to perform for the community.
Join Us
The Band currently has approximately 60 members, who represent a cross-section of musical society, including professional musicians and music educators, as well as amateur musicians ranging in age from high school through retirees. The purpose of the band is to contribute to the musical environment of the community, to provide an outlet for individual musical expression and growth among our members, and to affirm the community concert band position in American music.
